Our Goals & Mission
At Associazione dei Confidi della Lombardia Cooperativa Collettiva dei Fidi, our mission is to strengthen the economic fabric of Lombardy by ensuring that viable small and medium enterprises have reliable access to credit and financial guarantees. We believe that a thriving SME sector is the backbone of regional prosperity, and that financial exclusion is one of the most preventable barriers to business growth. Our cooperative model allows us to pool resources, share risk, and negotiate with lenders on behalf of the entire membership — creating leverage that no individual SME could achieve alone. Over the coming years, we are committed to expanding our guarantee fund, deepening our advisory capabilities, and broadening access to non-bank finance instruments. We also aim to strengthen our advocacy role, representing the interests of Lombard SMEs in dialogue with regulatory bodies and financial institutions at both regional and national levels.
